Answers to your questions on the delivery of your order

How long does delivery take?

If we have in stock: If your item is in stock we will ship as soon as payment is received and it will be delivered within 1-2 days from payment received.
Note: delivery areas affect delivery times.

If we don’t have stock: If your item needs to be made it will be delivered to you as soon as possible with the maximum time for delivery taking 15 working days from date of order placement. **You will be sent an email to let you know of an expected due date of your order.

Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

Bulk Orders: For bulk orders of 50 units or more, please allow between 2-4 weeks delivery time, as some of these items may need to be made if there is not on hand stock available. Freight costs quoted separately on bulk orders.

Can I rush my order?

Yes, you may do so. Please note that an additional fee will apply to do so. This will be charged at 35% of your entire order.

Why is my order taking so long!

We know this must be very frustrating for you when you want the goods ordered and we do our utmost to delivery on or before the due date. Should you need to query your order email marketing@turningpoint.co.za and we will let you know where your order is in the process.

Why are your lead times so long!

Due to Turning Point mainly operating as a Made-to-order company, most of our orders need to be made when ordered and because we take such care in assembling our items it may take a litter longer in the factory than expected.

I need my product for a special event.

Please email us when you order to let us know that we need to ensure we meet your event date. You can add it as a note on your order or you may email marketing@turningpoint.co.za. Please note that when you order, you should include the lead time of maximum 15 working days.  Should your event date be close to this and cannot be missed, please do let us know.
