Our delivery times are between 5-15 working days for main city centres. Turning Point wants to deliver on time as promised. However, sometimes unforeseeable events can affect these delivery times and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
For bulk orders of 50 units or more, please allow between 2-4 weeks delivery time, as some of these items may need to be made if there is not on hand stock available. Freight costs quoted separately on bulk orders.

a) Collect at shop
You want to save money or live close to one of our shops? No problem! Then we can arrange for pickup at the store nearest to where you live. We have shops in Pretoria: Montana - Kolonnade Centre and Faerie Glen - Pick n' Pay Hypermarket Centre as well as in Cape Town: Epping Industria 2, Turning Point Factory Outlet.
b) Flat Rate Delivery - Main Areas
The cost of the delivery will depend on the delivery address:
If the delivery address is within a Main Centre a flat rate delivery fee of R75.00 will be levied on all orders, not exceeding an A3 size parcel. Delivery time is between 5-15 working days. Applicable to all Main areas within South Africa.
c) Flat Rate Delivery - Outlying Areas
If the delivery address is in an outlying area please request a quote as a courier surcharge may also be levied depending on the delivery address and is within the courier’s discretion. R160 (if greater we will confirm before dispatch)
Not at home? Collect from a local shop when it suits you best.
How it works: Pargo drops off your parcel at participating pick-up-points in or near your town. Once your parcel arrives you will receive an email and a sms notifying you your parcel can be collected at the pick-up-point, as well as a security code that is needed for the release of your parcel. R75

All retail customer orders over R750 qualify for FREE delivery.

Outlying areas: We make use of Pargo for outlying areas. Please confirm your nearest pick-up point by clicking on the Pargo shipping option and selecting a pick-up point.
When do we start counting days?
It depends on your payment method:
EFT and Pay in Store payments - The next working day after payment has been received
Non EFT (Credit Card/Direct Debit & eBucks) - The next working day after payment has been received.
Cash - the day on which the cash has been received.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of TURNING POINT due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
