Returns Policy

Criteria to return/ exchange an item: 

We want you to be happy with your purchased items. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange them.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

Returns and exchanges must be logged within 30 days of receiving your order
The item is in a re-sellable condition
The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached

Non-returnable items:

• Underwear
• Tights
• Swimwear / Leotards
• Custom orders
• Sale items

Please take careful note: Custom made, Sale and made-to-order items are not refundable but we are happy to repair or alter these item(s) if they have quality or sizing issues.  

Delivery of Returns and Exchanges : 

Turning Point is not responsible for delivery costs for returnable goods.

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, kindly return the item to:

Unit 9, Viking Business Park, Thor Circle, Thornton, 7460

Provided the item is not worn, dirtied or damaged you will be able to exchange it for something else. 

Please use your order reference number when returning an item.
