To register with us, click on login. Fill in your email address and a password under REGISTER, and you’re done!

• Find the item you like
• Add it to your Cart or add it to your Wishlist if you are still browsing. Your items will stay in the Wishlist and can be added to your Cart anytime.
• If you have a Coupon, click on View Cart and enter the Coupon Code. Click on Apply Coupon to have your discount worked out.
• When you are ready to pay, click on Proceed to Checkout
• Enter your billing address and, if different, a shipping address where you wish the products to be delivered.
• Select which payment method you prefer, either EFT or Credit Card. If paying by EFT, we will mail you our banking details. If paying by Credit Card, you will be redirected to PayFast.co.za, this is our online payment gateway partner and a very secure form of paying online.

If your item is in stock we will ship as soon as payment is received and it will be delivered within 1-2 days from order placement. If your item needs to be made it will be delivered to you as soon as possible with the maximum time for delivery taking 15 working days from date of order placement.

Garments

Our garment size recommendations are based on recommended sizes for the average age. This is only a recommendation so please make sure to follow the actual waist measurements provided in cm’s.

Shoes

Our shoes run based on the ‘South African street size’.  Our fashion shoes run based on the exact measurements of our shoes in the sizing chart. However, please DO NOT guess, carefully read our Size Chart for comparison. Every company has different sizing standards, so be careful in applying a different brand’s sizes to our own. The chart will also indicate which size is recommended should you be ordering ballet shoes, as here we recommend going one size larger than your normal street shoe size.

1. Wear in dry conditions only.
2. Prepare more pairs to wear alternatively
3. Dry naturally in case of getting wet.
4. Clean shoes regularly.
5. Store in shoe bag.

1. For leather upper shoes, remove dust with dry cloth and apply shoe polish regularly. For white leather upper shoes, cleaning with shoe wax is recommended.
2. We recommend our shoe revitalizer to restore the color of natural ballet pink in your ballet shoes. Simple take a soft cloth and a small coin size portion of the revitalizer, then gently rub the shoe until the original color is achieved.
3. For PU and Synthetic leather upper shoes, remove dust with damp cloth or shoe wax. NEVER use shoe polish.
4. For Nubuck upper shoes, remove dust with damp cloth and dry naturally.
5. For Satin upper shoes, clean with damp cloth and dry naturally. NEVER use shoe polish.
